I am a tech-savvy HR professional combining a B.Tech in Computer Science and a current MBA with a specialization in HR to pursue talent acquisition roles. I bring hands-on experience conducting in-depth candidate interviews and direct exposure to recruitment processes.
During an internship at Peershala - TopTrove Fundation (Oct–Dec 2023) I conducted multiple candidate interviews and was recognized twice as "Intern of the Week," reflecting performance, reliability and strong relationship-building skills.
