I'm shipping features for PARQIS, an early-stage eCommerce marketplace, translating founder intent into user stories, roadmaps, and a prioritized backlog. I shepherded five features into a private beta with 15 test users while coordinating design and engineering handoffs.
At Rebecca Everlene Trust, I run weekly sprints and standups for a remote eight-person team, sustaining a 95% sprint completion rate. I defined a 10-requirement MVP and carried the product from design documentation to a pre-alpha build with FTC and COPPA privacy requirements in mind.
