What I'm looking for

I want to lead QA/AI quality and build automation that improves accuracy and turnaround time. I’m excited to work cross-functionally, measure performance with dashboards, and ship reliable processes that keep teams aligned on rubrics and SLAs.

I’m a QA and AI quality leader who builds scalable review systems, drives pod performance, and turns data into actionable feedback. In remote roles, I’ve designed QA strategies, AI workflows, and validation processes to improve delivery outcomes.

Most recently as a POD Lead at Turing (San Francisco - Remote), I spearheaded an agentic auto-reviewer system that enabled automated scoring and feedback, helping annotators self-correct before submission. I directed a 200+ member AI rater pod while leading a core 15-member QA team, sustaining a 95%+ approval rate and full SLA adherence.

I also bring strong data and analytics capability from roles including Business Analyst (AI Quality) and Data Analyst (Intern). I’ve built dashboards, performed SxS evaluation and fact-checking, implemented data quality checks and audits, and supported end-to-end automation from requirements to deployment.
