Ruqaiyyah Mushi

At Karlito’s Way Group, I advise senior leadership across three hospitality companies with 700+ employees on HR strategy, corporate governance, industrial relations, and legal matters. I’ve redesigned structures, developed HR policies, created KPI frameworks, and strengthened recruitment and payroll operations.

Previously at CRB Africa Legal, I handled company incorporations, debentures, corporate governance documentation, statutory compliance, and trademark portfolios for local, regional, and international clients.

I bring experience across HR management, executive administration, employment law, contracts, and corporate compliance, with a practical focus on building systems that support growing organizations.
