I'm looking to partner with business leaders to build practical HR systems, strengthen performance and talent practices, improve compliance, and support organizational growth through people-focused strategy and operations.

At ROAR Capital, I deliver HR and operations consulting projects for organizations across consulting, outsourcing, construction, manufacturing, and FMCG.

For Saditech Investment, I've built a complete HR policy framework, introduced an end-to-end performance management system, and established structured recruitment, onboarding, and probation processes. I partner with department heads on workforce planning, succession, employee development, restructuring, job evaluation, employee relations, and Tanzanian labour compliance.

I've also managed payroll, attendance, leave, discipline, statutory remittances, and VAT filing for more than 150 employees at GSM Beverages Tanzania. My work includes leading organizational restructuring for Shear Illusions, developing SOPs for Kings Builders, and supporting fuel retail growth, supplier negotiations, logistics, and port operations for DANVIC Petroleum.

I facilitate strategic retreats, team-building events, and practical training for organizations including UNICEF Tanzania, FHI 360, WHO Tanzania, Save the Children Tanzania, CRDB Bank, and Jubilee Insurance. I also win and deliver consulting engagements covering recruitment, training, and HR advisory services.
