I am looking for a role that allows me to grow in HR, contribute to team success, and develop my skills in a supportive environment.

I am a proactive and organized professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science Honours in Human Resources Management. With internship experience at Steward Bank Limited, I have honed my skills in recruitment support, employee onboarding, and records management. My ability to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining confidentiality has been a key asset in my roles.

During my internship, I assisted in various HR responsibilities, including posting vacancies, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews. I also managed onboarding processes, organized internal training programs, and facilitated exit interviews. My experience as a receptionist has further enhanced my communication skills, allowing me to greet clients and manage appointments effectively.
