I’m a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant who supports operations, manages schedules, and coordinates stakeholder communication in fast-paced environments. I’m known for strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently while anticipating needs.

In my current role at Kaizen Consulting (Jan 2025 – May 2026), I organize executive-level operations by coordinating tasks, improving execution across projects and events, and keeping project schedules aligned across stakeholders. I track progress through consistent monitoring, follow-ups, and task accountability.

I’ve directly improved efficiency by tracking project execution and reducing delays—raising overall execution efficiency by 45%. I also maintain accurate, structured documentation systems to speed up information retrieval and support reliable record-keeping.

I support leadership with clear insights through regular reports and structured communication. With a background in English and Literature from the University of Benin and National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) certification, I bring both strong communication and dependable execution to every engagement.
