I am a strategic recruitment leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling talent acquisition functions for Technology and Engineering. I have a track record of improving candidate experience, implementing ATS and analytics (Bullhorn Analytics, Excel), and designing recruitment processes, automation, and employer branding to drive long-term retention.

I have led and developed dispersed teams, created new divisional strategies and pipelines, and co-founded a tech recruitment consultancy focused on EVP, GDPR-compliant workflows, and data-driven sourcing tools.
