I’m a dedicated hospitality and guest services professional with five years of eventful experience, focused on ensuring every guest’s stay is comfortable, smooth, and filled with unforgettable memories. As a Guest Services Associate–Shift Supervisor, I handle guest accounts, exchanging currency, depositing and balancing cash, and explaining account summaries at checkout. I’m also responsible for guest communication and problem resolution—documenting queries and complaints, coordinating with relevant departments, managing emergency and telephone calls, providing wakeup calls, advising on shore excursions, and overseeing lost and found logging while sending notices to guests.
