I’m looking for senior leadership roles where I can drive digital transformation, run high-performing agile teams (Scrum/SAFe), ensure reliable delivery (KTLO included), and own end-to-end program/project outcomes across stakeholders and onsite-offshore teams.

I’m a Director – Programs & Project Management with 23 years of experience in Java/J2EE and mobile app development, alongside 12+ years leading IT project/program management. I’m PMP and SAFe Agilist certified, and I specialize in managing agile teams across Scrum and SAFe, while also delivering with traditional waterfall when needed.

In my current role at LTIMindtree Ltd, I manage engineering and KTLO agile teams delivering e-commerce capabilities for the largest home improvement retailer in the US. I focus on effective scrum implementation, cross-team/product-stakeholder alignment, coding standards to ensure quality and test coverage, and operational reliability through proactive performance monitoring and custom KPI dashboards. Previously at Infosys Ltd, I managed an account with an annual budget of 3M+ and 40+ resources, led mobility and portal implementations, and owned end-to-end application delivery—covering contract, risk, and resource management, plus proposal/pre-sales activities. Earlier, I progressed from Project Lead/Sr. Developer to Project Manager by delivering Java web applications, managing onsite–offshore coordination, and supporting full project lifecycles from design through production deployment.
