What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my leadership, workforce development, training, and modernization experience to improve organizational capability, service delivery, and public-sector outcomes.

I lead the Court Reporting Unit for the Judiciary of The Bahamas/Court Services Council, setting operational direction and supervising a team of approximately 30 professionals.

I advise senior leaders on workforce planning, service delivery, policy, and process improvements. I've designed training programs, authored curricula for local colleges and universities, and facilitated workshops for government organizations and external stakeholders.

I contribute to Bahamian judiciary modernization, including implementation planning for digital recording technologies, while mentoring employees and supporting succession planning. I bring doctoral-level preparation in Organizational Learning and Leadership alongside credentials in court reporting, program evaluation, instruction, and Toastmasters.
