I've led airport operations, enterprise infrastructure, telecommunications, hospitality, and business growth across The Bahamas. My work centers on improving operations, revenue, customer experience, safety, and stakeholder partnerships in complex multi-island environments.

As Regional Airport Manager with The Airport Authority (Family Islands), I managed four airports in the Exuma District, including Exuma International Airport. I improved operational efficiency by 15%, led safety management systems and compliance audits, and coordinated redevelopment initiatives with airlines, regulators, contractors, and government stakeholders.

More recently, I increased revenue by 18% in my first quarter as Senior Regional Manager at PBS Technologies and by 20% as a consultant for GoldWynn Resort & Residences.
