At EduLearn Connect, I design learning solutions across digital, hybrid, and face-to-face settings, along with operational toolkits and capacity-building frameworks for local, regional, and international stakeholders.
At the Inter-American Development Bank, I transformed complex project information into accessible digital learning products. I also developed onboarding programs and interactive, gamified modules, and designed structured knowledge resources to improve content discoverability.
At Southern College, I led organizational change initiatives as the institution transitioned from a two-year to a four-year higher education institution. I directed digital transformation projects, including implementation of an E-library and LMS, and coached staff on new tools and workflows.
More recently, I built and launched TRAVVL HUNT, a mobile-first, self-guided, gamified blue economy MVP, and The NODE system, an autonomous AI research system. My work brings learning design, knowledge management, and emerging technology together to help people engage with ideas and put them into practice.
