Currently, I serve as the Associate Director of Learning & Development at Atlantis Paradise Island, where I support the VP in planning and delivering training programs that align with our business objectives.

Throughout my career, I have led instructional design initiatives, trained new employees, and implemented data-driven decision-making strategies that have resulted in informed business choices and positive outcomes. My expertise in data analysis has allowed me to generate insightful reports and visualizations using tools like Power BI and Smartsheet, effectively communicating trends and metrics that drive our department's success.

Prior to my current role, I held positions such as District Sales Manager and Research & Statistics Coordinator at the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, where I honed my skills in sales, marketing, and operational analysis. I am dedicated to fostering strong partnerships and ensuring long-term business relationships, and I continuously seek opportunities to optimize recruitment strategies and enhance organizational effectiveness.
