Some problems look like process problems. Or delivery problems. Or performance problems. Most of the time, they're people problems in disguise.

With 10+ years across automotive software, distributed teams, and high-stakes environments, I've learned to read what's actually happening beneath the surface: burnout before it becomes a crisis, conflict before it becomes a blocker, ambiguity before it becomes a missed deadline.

I've grown teams from 1 to 40 people across Romania and worked with distributed teams in Romania, Germany, and India. Managed €1.5M+ projects. Led through restructuring, acquisitions, and rapid scale. And in every context, the work that mattered most was the same: translating complexity into clarity for the team, for the stakeholders, and for the business.

What makes my approach different is that I don't separate people leadership from operational delivery. They're the same thing. A team that knows who they are and why they're there delivers better, faster, and with less friction.

I also work as a Leadership & Performance Coach with professionals and managers navigating transitions, building teams, or leading without burning out.
