What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-first organization where I can coach leaders, build psychological safety and team effectiveness, and align multiple stakeholders—using clear structure and process improvement to deliver measurable outcomes in ambiguity.

I build the conditions in which people and teams do their best work. With 15+ years inside complex, high-stakes organizations, I’ve learned organizational performance is almost always a people question in disguise.

I lead without telling people what to do: I create psychological safety, structure, and trust so people can step into their strongest selves. I’ve built a team from the ground up (1 to 25 people at Continental), led distributed organizations up to 40 people across Romania, and repeatedly turned demotivated or at-risk teams into high-performing ones—through emotional intelligence and trust, not control.

I bring a Certified Transformational Coach methodology to 1:1 development—validating, mirroring, and helping people see themselves in their strongest form. I thrive in ambiguity when there’s no clear playbook, many stakeholders, and meaning still has to be aligned, and I pair that with delivery rigor through process redesign and Agile/SAFe/Kanban alignment.

Led a 40-person distributed organization, responsible for delivery, team health, and operational performance without formal hierarchy. Built psychological safety and trust through wellbeing monitoring, early burnout detection, coaching, and stakeholder alignment.
