What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build on my technical support, troubleshooting, networking, and cybersecurity education in a role where I can solve user issues, support reliable systems, and continue growing.

I'm currently supporting Arby's in Macon, Georgia, where I provide front-line operational and technical support in a high-volume environment. I troubleshoot POS systems, printers, and display terminals to help maintain system uptime.

Previously at Office Depot, I delivered hands-on support for computers, printers, software installations, system updates, and peripheral configuration. I diagnosed hardware and software issues and explained resolutions clearly to customers.

My electronics-support experience at Toys “R” Us and Circuit City built my foundation in device setup, connectivity, accessories, point-of-sale systems, and customer-focused troubleshooting.

I'm completing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity & Counterterrorism while bringing calm decision-making, technical communication, issue documentation, and team training to support environments.
