I’m looking for a remote, async-first role where I can take full ownership of backend operations. I want to build AI-powered workflows, streamline finance/CRM processes, and support growth through inbound lead automation—without hand-holding.

I’m an operations professional with 2 years of experience as the sole backend manager for a US-based talent agency. From day one, I owned financial operations, CRM systems, contract management, and process automation—built and deployed an AI-powered inbound SDR system that replaced manual email handling completely.

I’m remote-proven across US timezones and I’m now relocating to Ontario. I identify operational bottlenecks and use AI tools like Claude Code to build solutions end-to-end, including recurring workflow automation, invoicing and payouts through Mercury, and a CRM migration into a custom Airtable pipeline—backed by reliable infrastructure setup across Cloudflare and email routing.
