What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own end-to-end operations and ship AI-augmented workflows—combining SOP-driven leadership, system migrations, and automation—to improve delivery speed, quality, and client experience in fast-moving teams.

I’m an operations leader who has built and managed remote VA teams from the ground up, including a 60+ person operation across 10 functional teams. I operate at the intersection of operations and AI—designing and overseeing AI-augmented workflows that make delivery faster and more consistent.

As a VA Team Lead & Admin / Operations Coordinator, I lead a remote VA team of 4 supporting a US-based construction defect litigation practice. I own operations strategy, system design, and AI workflow rollout in partnership with a full-stack developer.

I’m currently building multiple AI-augmented systems: AI-driven email filing automation (via Claude agents and LLMs), a RAG-based document search system across case files, and an AI-augmented ClickUp replacement using n8n/Make/Zapier with litigation-specific integrations. I also oversee workflow automation across practical operational needs like accounting workflow support.

Previously, I returned to Podetize as Chief of Staff to lead operations across a 50-VA, 10-team production operation after the system degraded. I stabilized SOPs and accountability, restored on-time delivery and client satisfaction, and led cross-functional coordination across the full production pipeline.
