What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead operations, production, or manufacturing teams where I can improve performance, coordinate cross-functional work, and apply data-driven and AI-assisted tools to planning, reporting, and process efficiency.

At Roubik Plastic, I oversee daily factory operations, production planning, workforce scheduling, and supply chain activities across plastics manufacturing.

I develop business strategies to improve performance, output, and growth while coordinating departments to maintain quality standards and meet delivery targets. I’ve also introduced AI-assisted tools into reporting and decision-making workflows to speed up analysis and planning.

Previously at SIS (System Integration Service), I led a hardware engineering team designing and implementing system solutions. I managed hardware installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades to support reliable system performance.

My engineering background, MBA, and master’s degree in Energy Economics help me connect operational strategy, energy risk analysis, and business performance.
