Production planning manager at VMPAUTO who shifted planning to shift-level production assignments and extended the planning horizon.
ArmeniaWhat I'm looking for
At VMPAUTO, I reorganized production planning from weekly volume plans to shift-level production assignments. I also extended the planning horizon to one month to improve planning accuracy for component and finished-goods inventory.
As Head of Production Planning at VMPAUTO, I handled strategic, sales-forecast, and short-term planning, and coordinated procurement. I also managed 10 production teams and analyzed production reporting.
At Северные технологии (бывший Линде Северсталь), I developed detailed production plans and optimized them around equipment and staffing capacity. I also coordinated production dispatching in 1C and tracked the availability of production materials.
My earlier experience includes production planning, lean manufacturing support, and research work with laboratory equipment. I completed professional retraining as a Production Director in 2025.
