At Teleperformance, I lead workforce management across 26 countries, coordinating clients and local sites while managing analysts, schedulers, and planners.
I use forecasting, demand analysis, resource allocation, and KPI monitoring to improve workforce operations. My earlier work spans financial analysis at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, transfer pricing at Ernst & Young Armenia, and monetary policy research at the Central Bank of Armenia.
I'm also a lecturer at the Armenian State University of Economics and the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia, alongside doctoral studies in Economic Sciences.
