At C&H ASR, I improve packaging and manufacturing systems in an SQF-certified environment while reducing operating costs.

I've led continuous-improvement initiatives that delivered $1 million in savings through centrifugal-operation OEE improvements and $200k per week in savings through 25- and 50-pound bag production improvements. I also completed a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project focused on reducing product overfill, generating $100k in savings.

I manage capital projects with external vendors and internal finance teams, including a $200k truck scale replacement and $80k in station printer replacements. I support daily manufacturing throughput, purchase critical parts and services through SAP, and facilitate kaizens and root-cause analyses.

Previously at Dorabot, I served as a customer point of contact, collecting equipment feedback to improve product quality. I bring a Mechanical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech along with hands-on experience in QAD Redzone, GMP, SQF, and sustainable paperless operations.
