What I'm looking for

I seek a role focusing on process and quality improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, cross-functional collaboration, measurable impact, and opportunities to lead continuous improvement.

I am a Quality Engineer with a mechanical engineering background who designs, implements, and improves manufacturing and quality processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Across roles at Rosenberger, RH-Sheppard, The Ames Companies, AccuMED, and TE Connectivity, I have led continuous improvement projects, reduced changeover times, implemented Kanban and visual controls, and deployed automation to increase uptime and throughput.

I develop inspection and control plans tied to PFMEA and process flow diagrams, use SPC and DMAIC tools, and audit processes per IATF 16949. My work has included designing production processes for critical items such as face masks and maintaining high-volume production lines during urgent needs.

I am a collaborative leader and communicator who facilitates Kaizen events, engages stakeholders across functions, and drives measurable cost and quality improvements while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer requirements.
