I am an Operations Industrial Engineer with eight years of experience across food, beverage, and pharmaceutical manufacturing, including five years in regulated drug production. I focus on improving processes, raising OEE, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and patient safety standards.

At Unither Pharmaceuticals I led continuous improvement projects, managed the site OEE portal, and used statistical analysis and SPC tools to meet yield and OEE targets. I facilitate root cause analysis workshops and design measurement systems and KPIs to track process effectiveness.

Previously I managed capital projects and acted as the operations liaison during build, commissioning, startup, and FAT, providing schedule impact assessments and implementation of troubleshooting guides and work instructions. Earlier roles at LiDestri gave me broad packaging expertise across hot/cold fill, retort, aseptic, HPP, pouch, carbonated beverages, spirits, and Tetra Pak systems.

I bring hands-on equipment evaluation, line trial leadership, Minitab data analysis, Cpk and OEE analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to help operations run safer, more efficiently, and more reliably.
