What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and improve quality and food safety systems in manufacturing, partnering across teams to strengthen compliance, audit readiness, continuous improvement, and operational performance.

At Hood Packaging Corporation, I led quality and food safety system implementation and continuous improvement across more than 20 manufacturing facilities. I partnered with plant management and cross-functional teams to strengthen product quality, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and operational performance.

As a site SQF Practitioner, I developed and maintained SQF Food Safety and Quality Management Systems for food-grade packaging operations. I led SQF, ISO 9001:2015, AIB, and SFI internal audits; investigated complaints and process failures through root cause analysis; and implemented corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.

I've reduced plant waste by 2% while improving machine efficiency, productivity, and profitability through Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. I also develop practical policies, SOPs, training, KPIs, and documentation that help teams build a stronger culture of food safety and quality.
