What I'm looking for
At Intel, I develop substrate and assembly packaging processes for advanced technologies, moving new processes from development through high-volume manufacturing readiness.
I've led lithography yield improvement, first-of-a-kind tool qualification, substrate material evaluations, and technology transfers. I use DOE, FMEA, SPC, and data analytics to reduce variation, improve defect performance, and establish scalable process controls.
Previously, I managed NPI programs, validation, production ramps, BOM and ECO control, and cross-functional execution across design, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, suppliers, and global factory teams. I also built Python, SQL, and R dashboards and automated reporting workflows at Mu Sigma.

Drove yield improvement initiatives in Front-End Lithography, designing and executing DOEs to optimize critical process parameters. Led evaluation and adoption of new lithography processes and pioneered qualification on a First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) tool.
Designed and optimized assembly level packaging process flows, equipment specs, and validation plans. Applied DOE, FMEA, and SPC to improve yield and defect performance, and developed Python and JMP analytics pipelines for real-time yield monitoring.
Managed NPI programs from validation through production ramp, including BOM and ECO control for advanced packaging products. Led risk identification and mitigation strategies to protect schedule and technical milestones.
