I’m a customer support professional with experience in customer service, international trade, and project coordination. I handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone, email, and online communication, while maintaining strong client relationships.

In my recent roles, I communicated with overseas customers about product inquiries and quotations, prepared English business documents (quotations, proforma invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents), and followed orders throughout production, logistics, and delivery. I also responded to payment-service and account questions at a customer service center, recorded interactions accurately, escalated complex cases, and followed up until resolution.

Earlier, I worked as a Construction Cost Engineer for many years, managing project documentation, contracts, cost records, and reporting. This strengthened my documentation management, data verification, and cross-functional coordination skills, and I bring that same accuracy and ownership to customer care in remote, multicultural environments.
