I am a strategic clinical education leader with over 25 years of experience in crafting measurable healthcare training programs across various environments, including academic, military, and commercial sectors. My expertise lies in curriculum design, hybrid simulation delivery, and ensuring regulatory compliance. I hold a California Teaching Credential in Health Science and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, which equip me to build scalable learning systems that enhance clinician excellence and improve patient care.

In my current role as the Vocational Nursing Program Coordinator at Unitek College, I direct the design and execution of simulation-based learning for multiple cohorts and faculty members. I have successfully implemented learning platforms that boost clinical competency and program outcomes while managing accreditation processes with zero deficiencies. Additionally, as the owner and instructor of my own training company, I design hybrid CPR/BLS certification courses tailored for healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
