At Isolo General Hospital, I provide nursing care on a 20-bed behavioral ward and support an outpatient clinic seeing about 25 patients per clinic day. I review medication histories, follow up on treatment plans and appointments, and use de-escalation techniques with patients in crisis.
Previously, I was Head Nurse at Royal Saints Hospital’s ENT clinic, where I led a team of three registered nurses and coordinated patient care and scheduling. I also bring experience with EMR documentation, health insurance verification, and patient follow-up by phone and email, alongside training in medical virtual assistance, HMO/NHIA claims processes, ICD-10/11 fundamentals, and HIPAA privacy.
