What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote support or customer support role where I can apply my communication, organisation, and service-focused skills.

At In-country Medicare Ltd, I coordinate daily nursing activities, schedule appointments and consultations, and follow up with patients by phone and email. I communicate with patients and families, address concerns, and support informed decisions about care.
