What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support patient-centered care through virtual healthcare, care coordination, clinical documentation, communication, and organized healthcare workflows in a collaborative team.

I've supported virtual mental health and wellness sessions at MantraCare for 10–15 clients weekly, coordinating sessions, intake assessments, care planning, and progress tracking.

As a Registered Nurse and Registered Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse, I've provided patient-centered care across private healthcare institutions and at Zenith Care Hospital. My work includes triage, assessment, monitoring, medication administration, wound care, emergency interventions, and clinical documentation.
