At the Ministry of Water and Environment, I support communications and stakeholder engagement for the (World Bank’s) IFPA-CD Project. I contributed to a budgeted communication strategy and help share project information with the public.

I respond to public inquiries and prepare reports on stakeholder questions, grievances, and service performance. I also contributed inputs to project progress reports and technical publications, including designs and layouts.

At the International Rescue Committee, I managed service mapping and information systems for the Signpost program. I mapped over 100 services across Kampala and Kyaka II Refugee Settlement, helping improve access to service information for refugee and host communities.

At Ecopharm Pharmaceuticals Limited, I directed communications and marketing for a national pharmacy network. I established an in-house creative and communications team, secured corporate partnerships, and supported the launch of an online pharmacy and delivery platform.
