What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven marketing, communications, strategy development, and project management professional with extensive experience in social impact and international development. For 20+ years, I’ve coordinated initiatives across concept to planning, fundraising, execution, evaluation, and reporting.
I specialize in social marketing and behaviour change (SBC), integrating evidence into action to support community health programs, market systems, and marketing promotions. I’m especially strong in strategy development, execution, and performance management using models like Strategy Maps and Balanced Scorecard.
In leadership roles, I oversee strategic and tactical operations for products and services, using human-centred design (HCD) and robust client feedback systems to address complex issues. I’ve led cross-functional teams in multicultural, collocated, multi-country, and virtual environments, translating strategy into effective program delivery.
