Previously, I built and led the PMO at Healthmap Solutions, coordinating healthcare technology, data, operations, and client-service initiatives as the organization scaled. I’ve aligned executives and cross-functional teams around system roadmaps, resource planning, portfolio risks, and complex delivery—including approximately 120 automated clinical and claims data feeds.
