At Cerium Networks, I lead operations and previously directed the PMO, advancing operational excellence, digital transformation, governance, and portfolio management.

My work centers on aligning people, process, governance, and technology to improve performance. I connect cross-functional teams around common objectives and help organizations navigate change while building sustainable improvements.

Before Cerium Networks, I progressed through PMO Manager, Strategic Program Manager, Program Manager, and Senior IT Project Manager/UC Team Lead roles at World Wide Technology.

I've also led IT projects for Kaiser Permanente and served as Information Systems Manager at Crestwood Behavioral Health. I bring experience across program management, resource planning, risk management, business process improvement, data analytics, and operational leadership.
