What I'm looking for
I’m a Creative marketer and Recruitment Marketing Specialist focused on content creation, digital communication, and performance-driven campaigns. I combine creativity with data to build campaigns that attract people and deliver measurable results.
In my current role, I manage digital content for talent attraction and plan and execute paid campaigns in Meta Ads. I optimize ads using performance metrics, align marketing and recruitment teams, and develop employer branding initiatives that support strategic hiring goals.
Previously, I supported brand awareness and sales growth through affiliate and creator management, social media management across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, and content creation including visual copywriting and newsletters. I also bring PR coordination experience and a growing foundation in UX/UI design to strengthen how audiences engage with digital experiences.
