I’m a production-focused professional with 15 years of experience in production environments, with a proven ability to improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and maximize plant performance. In methods and production roles at Bombardier Aerospace Mexico, I supported manufacturing with planning and control of assembly manuals and BOMs, plus hands-on production floor support via ANDON systems. I designed poka-yoke tools in CatiaV5 to optimize production, created rework orders in SAP, and helped drive process updates for production process certification and non-conformity processes, including change management and “Cancel and Replace” modifications.
I also contributed directly to quality and reliability on the shop floor—executing 5S in my area, performing inspections and quality verifications at each assembly stage, and collaborating with engineering to resolve design issues and optimize assembly processes. My work supported FAI process analysis and reporting to the FAA, and I provided support for customer complaints management via FSR.
