I run delivery for complex programmes where progress depends on alignment rather than authority. At Be.Neutral, I manage a EUR 200M+ portfolio spanning 17 products and 46 partner organisations.
I built the milestone tracking, KPIs, scorecards and review cadence leadership uses to make decisions on resourcing, scope and risk. I led the 2024 rebudgeting process across all partners, creating room to fund a seventeenth product outside the original scope.
As Chief of Staff and Assistant to Portugal's Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education, I advised on priorities, sequencing and risk while managing a cabinet of 30+. I built dashboards, briefings and coordination routines so issues surfaced early enough to address.
My work has also taken me through international federation, university and government environments. I bring structure to cross-functional delivery, budget oversight, organisational change and politically sensitive decisions.
