At a European fintech, I designed and built an in-house AI platform for production systems, using multi-agent orchestration, RAG, and LLM deployment. I also established AI governance aligned with EU AI Act risk classification and scaled AI-assisted development to 300+ developers.
At MTS Group, I owned the Group's AI strategy and governance framework and prioritised an AI portfolio with ~$1B in validated impact over three years. Earlier, I delivered Gazprombank's IT transformation strategy, cutting Time-to-Market from 6 to 2 months and raising business-critical system availability from 99.8% to 99.93%.
