What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead AI-assisted content operations, developer documentation, and documentation strategy where I can build scalable publishing systems, improve developer enablement, and partner closely with engineering, product, and AI teams.

I've built developer documentation and AI-assisted content systems for d-Matrix, ServiceNow, AMD, and Oracle. At d-Matrix, I created documentation for the Aviator Software Suite and Model Builder SDK while establishing an end-to-end docs-as-code publishing workflow spanning GitLab, GitHub, and Read the Docs.

At ServiceNow, I led AI-assisted content operations for Now Assist AI, developing enablement assets, prompt templates, and scalable workflows that reduced manual authoring time by 70%. I also partnered on controlled taxonomies, metadata, and prompt strategy across ITSM and CSM content.

As AMD MLSE's founding technical writer, I established documentation practices for GPU software and AI technologies, launched a developer portal, and led a global writing team. I also built the Van Gogh Documentation Framework, a multi-agent Claude Code workflow that drafts, critiques, revises, and audits technical documentation.
