At Mylo Brand Studio, I manage and track 50+ daily orders end-to-end, coordinating with production and fulfillment teams to keep delivery deadlines on track.

I’m also the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, responding to 100+ emails per week with a focus on speed, accuracy, and a professional tone.

I maintain CRM records for orders and client interactions, keeping data accurate and audit-ready. I’ve also identified and fixed workflow inefficiencies that reduced order-processing delays and manual errors across the team.

I support day-to-day business operations and bring experience in order management, fulfillment coordination, and client support. I’m looking to bring that experience to a US-based direct client or team.
