What I'm looking for

I work best alongside leadership, building companies where strategy is lived, not spoken. I shape growth through clear thinking, real action, and systems that hold under pressure. I move where speed, trust, and responsibility are real. I’m not for places that maintain. I’m for places that build.

I started out in Hyderabad writing market-intel reports that Fortune 500 teams quoted in board decks. Curiosity pulled me from analysis into execution, so I began embedding inside early-stage companies to shape their go-to-market and brand voice.

Over the past nine years I’ve:
1. Launched Royye Raju, an aquaculture community that grew to 70 000 farmers in sixteen months and tripled repeat orders.
2. Scaled 1Acre from 400 to 5 000 verified land listings across six states while keeping acquisition spend tight.
3. Lifted ROAS 5X for a premium subscription product in ninety days by rebuilding the funnel and messaging.
4. Built simple KPI dashboards and OKR cadences that cut decision lag by 40 %.

The thread through every project is clarity—finding the signal fast, then turning it into stories, numbers, and habits teams can rally around. I enjoy coaching cross-functional groups, whether that’s a 30-person growth squad or local dealers learning how to sell with data.

Outside work I tinker with AI automations, donate platelets through Friends2Support, and read old philosophy to keep perspective. I’m happiest when I can drop into a messy market, map the story, and watch the metrics bend in the right direction. Open to remote or hybrid roles where that kind of work moves the needle.
