At CIBC, I turn requirements and user stories into test plans and coverage for financial web, API, and integration platforms. I maintain Selenium WebDriver and Playwright regression automation, and validate REST APIs and backend data with Postman and SQL.
I previously tested customer, billing, and service workflows at Bell, and telecom and enterprise platforms at Ericsson. Across these roles, I’ve handled manual and automated testing, defect triage and verification, and release readiness; I also use AI-assisted QA workflows with Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor.
