I've tested enterprise financial, payment, and government payroll systems at IBM Client Innovation Center, including PSPC Phoenix, Payments Canada, ESDC Curam, and TD Wealth.

On the Phoenix account, I validate payroll workflows, complex calculations, retroactive pay, interest calculations, and backend financial outputs. I lead automation approaches for assigned modules, mentor QA teammates, and use Claude and other GenAI tools to accelerate test generation, validation, and evidence documentation.

For Payments Canada, I developed and maintained Selenium WebDriver automation in Java using BDD/Gherkin and the IBM Ignite framework. I investigate failures through application logs, SQL validation, and API responses while supporting release readiness through regression coverage, defect tracking, and QA reporting.

Across Agile teams, I design test scenarios from business rules, execute functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing, and collaborate with developers, analysts, business stakeholders, and QA leads to deliver reliable releases.
