At NEOGOV, I lead quality engineering across three applications, managing five QA engineers and coordinating delivery across 10 cross-functional teams. I oversee strategy, risk, release readiness, governance, and quality reporting for 16 releases each quarter.

I’ve driven 99% regression automation coverage using Playwright, TypeScript, and TestRigor, while using Microsoft Copilot and Claude Code to strengthen test design, automation, defect investigation, and regression coverage.

My work with TD Bank through CTS and Wipro spans cards, payments, transaction processing, mainframe batch and online systems, APIs, file integrations, and data reconciliation.
