At National Bank of Canada, I own QA and functional analysis for mission-critical banking systems, internal SaaS platforms, and secure trading applications. I designed end-to-end test strategies and certified QA readiness for more than 100 production releases.
I validate APIs and microservices with Postman and OpenAPI specifications, and use SQL to verify backend data integrity. I maintain and execute Playwright and Selenium test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines, and use AI tools to assist with test drafting and code validation.
Earlier, I worked on customer-facing applications at Videotron, public-sector immigration services and an asset management system at CGI, and customer service applications at France Telecom – Orange. At Orange, I defined QA strategy and qualification processes and coordinated test campaigns.
