I've built production ML and AI systems, including EpiRAG, an agentic RAG platform that orchestrates Llama and Qwen debate agents across epidemic-modeling research. I deployed it as a Docker microservice with ChromaDB, live web search, Semantic Scholar and PubMed enrichment, and real-time SSE streaming.
As an IISc FAST-SF Fellow, I developed a modular Python simulation framework for multi-agent orchestration, automated testing, and structured logging, improving signal-to-noise ratio by 70%. I also build full-stack forecasting and analytics systems with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, TensorFlow, Streamlit, and rigorous validation workflows.
