What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a management or leadership role in the hospitality industry.

At Nsala Wilderness Camp, I manage reservations, events, daily lodge operations and guest experiences, from room allocations to bespoke occasions. I also oversee staff, suppliers, property presentation and operational standards.

Previously at SassCafé, I managed floor operations, reservations and private events, and transformed the client booking system to make it more efficient and robust. I’ve also worked in front-of-house hospitality, event coordination and print production, and I enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests.
