At N.S.E.P., I led technology delivery for a national SaaS platform supporting more than 180 UK police forces, local authorities, safeguarding and community-safety organisations. I coordinated work across Product, Engineering and technology teams, and used Flow Metrics and DORA measures to help improve deployment frequency, lead time and change failure rate.
At Pixel Labs, I led delivery across more than 60 concurrent software projects, coordinating developers, QA, infrastructure teams and customers. Earlier, I delivered web, event management, enterprise software, ERP, mobile, integration and Business Intelligence solutions, progressing through software development, business analysis, technical leadership and Scrum-focused roles.
