I’m an experienced Human Resources professional with over a decade of expertise in global mobility, expatriation processes, and HR operations. I support multinational teams while ensuring compliance with international and local regulations.

In my current role as Lead Specialist, Global Hub GES HR at DSM-Firmenich, I lead HR support initiatives focused on expatriation and mobility services. I’m known for staying organized and analytical, and for driving cross-functional collaboration that turns complex requirements into clear HR execution.

Previously, I worked as a Global Mobility Manager (Latam) and Fleet Management (USA) at Manpower Staffing Ltda, overseeing mobility programs across Latin America and managing fleet operations in the U.S. I also strengthened client outcomes as an Account Manager, supporting migration and compliance processes with Brazilian authorities.

My foundation is rooted in end-to-end relocation support and immigration coordination, including delivering visa, work permit, and documentation processes as a Global Assignment Consultant at SIRVA. Earlier, as an Immigration Coordinator and Immigration Assistant (Atene Immigration Services – Newland Chase Brazil), I coordinated immigration services for international assignees and managed immigration projects for Fortune Global 500 clients—from arrival through full documentation regularization.
